Copaxone® is a prescription medicine commonly used in multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment. In clinical studies, people who took the medication experienced fewer MS relapses and had fewer lesions after two years. The injections are given subcutaneously (just under the skin) once a day. Potential side effects of Copaxone include weakness, joint pain, and reaction at the injection site.
