Multiple Sclerosis? Multiple sclerosus is a common misspelling of multiple sclerosis.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the leading cause of disability among young adults, with the onset of symptoms typically occurring between the age of 20 and 40 years old. MS is a disease that affects the transmission of nerve impulses in the central nervous system. The majority of people who have it are mildly affected, but in the worst cases, multiple sclerosis can render a person unable to write, speak, or walk.
